I consider my health to be my most valuable possession, so keeping fit and maintaining a strict exercise regimen is very important to me, as is wearing proper workout clothes. Now most people seem to just throw on some old sweats to work out in and call it good, but when you are serious about working out like I am, you realize you need something that will breathe and allow you to move comfortably.

But a few months ago, I moved across the country for a job and ended up in a much colder area where it was hard for me to go out in the mornings for a jog. When I went on my first run at my new home, it was so cold that I was having trouble catching my breath and I only ran for a few minutes before having to quit. I thought about this issue for a while, considering possibly joining a gym and using a treadmill, but I have always found it hard to run in one place and knew that I needed some warmer workout clothes. In other words, I wanted a thick pair of running tights and one of those long sleeve compression shirts that I had seen other people wearing. Obviously I wanted some clothes that would look attractive, since I like to feel confident in the way I look when I'm working out. This, like so many things in life, is much easier said than done as I knew that what I would find in many stores, even sporting goods stores, would not be good enough for me.

I decided that I would go online since it seems like I have better luck finding what I am looking for online rather than in stores. It turns out I was correct and after no more than fifteen minutes of searching, I found an awesome website that sold some fantastic sports apparel that I knew would look great on me and they also looked very warm and snuggly, so it would keep me warm on those cold morning runs.

I ordered my new workout clothes and was so eager for them to arrive, and when they did I tried them on right away and loved them. The very next day, I put on my new workout clothes and stepped outside and when I saw the ice everywhere, I was not at all discouraged. I was able to get back into the swing of things immediately and was thrilled to find that the cold did not faze me at all!
